Bilingual Account Executive
You are an enthusiastic, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. With at least 2 years of sales experience, you thrive in fast-paced environment and excel in prospecting, lead generation, and account management. You are fully bilingual in English and French, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse client base. You have foundational knowledge of networking infrastructure and IT solutions, along with the ability to quickly establish rapport with IT decision-makers and C-level stakeholders. You are proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales outreach platforms. Your exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills help you collaborate effectively with teams and clients. Certifications in Verkada, Cisco, HPE, or other IT-related fields are an asset.
As a Bilingual Account Executive at Cloud Managed Networks, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospects. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with our marketing team, senior sales rep, and vendor partners to prospect, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. Your bilingual skills will allow you to build relationships across diverse regions. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in solution selling while working with leading tech partners like Verkada, Cisco, and Palo Alto.
What you’ll do
- Conduct cold calls and emails to generate leads using professional sales tools
- Build and vet prospect lists in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for senior sales reps
- Gather and transmit key information to prepare for client engagements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular activity reports
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Must have
- Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in IT, VAR, or MSP environments.
- Foundational knowledge of networking infrastructure and IT solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms like Outplay.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to learning
Nice to have
- Experience in creating and selling solutions based on Verkada, Cisco, Aruba or Extreme Networks
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Verkada, Cisco, IT-related manufacturers)
