ADT modernized its Cybersecurity strategy to keep pace with rapid business growth, an expanding cloud environment, and increasingly sophisticated threats. The company’s legacy mix of disconnected security tools created inefficiencies, increased operational risk, and forced analysts to manually duplicate work—slowing response times and limiting scalability.
To address these challenges, ADT consolidated its Cybersecurity stack with Palo Alto Networks, adopting integrated solutions across network security, cloud security, and security operations. This included Next-Generation Firewalls with centralized management, the Cortex suite for automated detection and response, Prisma Cloud for multicloud protection, and Prisma Access for secure connectivity. The unified platform delivered end-to-end visibility, automation, and consistent policy control, supported by Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 incident response team.
The transformation delivered measurable impact. ADT reduced data volume by 99.997%, automated 92% of alerts, and shortened average threat resolution time from several days to just over three hours. These efficiency gains allowed the company to meet rising Cybersecurity demands without expanding staff and to focus resources on higher-value analysis. With a fully integrated Palo Alto Networks ecosystem, ADT strengthened its Cybersecurity posture and established a scalable foundation for long-term resilience.
